THE CERTIFICATION
ISO/TS 16949 (VDA 6.1)

In January 2005 the Guerrini S.p.a. has undertaken the process of certification ISO-TS, with the purpose to be able to mostly satisfy the demands of his/her clients in the auto sector.

OF WHAT HE TREATS: The ISO/TS 16949 reassume all over the world the in demand conditions for the systems of management of the quality in the industry of the automobile. it deals with developing in strategic way the management of the quality on the base of the ISO 9001:2000 integrating the additional requisite for the industry of the automobile in the organizational and directive system. As inderogabile for the introduction in the circuit of the suppliers of automobiles, and asked for a qualification in conformity to ISO/TS 16949.

Who is interesting?
The sub direct and indirect suppliers of the industry of the automobile that distinguish him, in comparison to the competition, for their products of high quality and that they want to durably work in this sector.

 

 

THE POLITICS OF QUALIY'

The General Direction is established as primary objective that to maintain a system of management for the quality, able to assure in continuous way the conformity of the product / service to the requisite required by the buyer, to the applicable legislations and the Normative ones of reference.

A System able to bring a satisfactory increase of the billing and the business profit, reducing to the least one the claims and the confrontations of the Client and respecting the more' possible the times of delivery agreements with his own clientele.

The Society intends to maintain and to subsequently affirm his/her own position in the market in which work, clearly individualizing the expectations and the demands of the client for to convert her in by to respect, offering the good relationship to the clientele price / Quality for the products / services, and furnishing, in relationship to these, such services to be assured the amplest satisfaction of the client in an optics of continuous improvement and business excellence.

In a system so conceived the training and the sensitization of the persons responsible of function and theirs submitted they are fundamental, through specific and systematic courses on the disciplines of the quality that the direction systematically effects with the purpose to stimulate the development and the formation of its operators. The General Direction has foreseen besides a constant and periodic verification of the correct application of the managerial procedures, of the instructions of job and the Politics of the Quality in all the business areas, through verifications inside ispettive and specific re-examinations. Finally the efficiency and the effectiveness of the trials will be kept under constant control through the systematic analysis of the data of quality and their performances.
